I love pumpkin carving. WHY? Because I love to eat the seeds. Ever since I was a kid my Dad would always cook the pumpkin seeds. They were so good, so every year since, I've been cookin them myself. I was solo this year for the Pumpkin carving because Landon was out of town for work. My pumpkins are pretty boring compared to his, but It is always fun to do it with the kids. Rylee doesn't like to stick her hands in the goo, so she used a spoon this year. Carson and Baylee dug right in FUN! FUN! FUN!

very cool pumpkins! we carved ours but i didn't roast the seeds. too lazy this year. i do love them though!
