Holiday Festivities

The girls had their Christmas recital. They got to be the elves. They looked so cute, and did a great job.
For the past four years we have taken the kids to Salt Lake to see the lights at Temple Square. We stay in a hotel, and do dinner and a Movie . The kids absoultely love it. Here they are chillin in the hotel bed watchin a movie.

Me and the kids at Temple square.

I love seeing the Christus statue. I was watching Avery look at the statue, and by the way that she was looking at it I had the thought " I know that Avery remembers him" It's amazing how much little babies and children are a lot closer the the Savior than we think.

Little Avery all bundled up.

My crazy kids. They always have to pull the crazy face. I think they inherited that from my sisters.

How do you know when you are doing to much laundry??
I'll tell ya.... It's when your one year old knows exactly what to do.I swear no joke she was pulling the clothes out of the washer and putting them into the dryer. So funny I had to take a picture.

Gingerbread man Where are you???

Here I am underneath the frosting. So the other night Landon was at the Jazz game and since it

was FHE night the kids and I decided that we should make Gingerbread men. My mom has been

planning a grandkid sleepover and movie day. She is going to take them to see the new movie

"The princess and the frog" My kids have been so excited for weeks. Thats all they can talk

about. So that's what they wanted their Gingerbread men to look like. The characters in the

movie. Baylee's is the frog, Rylee's is the princess, and Carson's is....well I'm not exactley sure.

Oh well we had lots of fun. I've decided that I don't really care for the taste of Gingerbread.

maybee it was my recipe but I'm not sure. I lover gingersnaps though.

I couldn't leave little Avery out. Speaking of Avery. She is the cutest thing ever.

What is she doing these days? Well I'll tell ya

Not walking (at almost 15 months She loves to stand and wants to take a few steps but maybee not.)

Still nursing.(Don't judge:)

Says Jesus(absolutley adorable)

Whispers "what's that" at just about everything

Is super happy in the morning.

Loves to snuggle with stuffed animals

Calls everyone Da Da except me and I'm of course MaMa

and loves I mean Loves her brother and Sister.

It's a totally different experience this time around. I mean when I had the twins it was me and
only me doing it all. Thanks goodness for Landon. But I was home alone every day with them I
had no help. But this time it's great I have so much help around the house. The kids love her so
much. They love to play with her, feed her, watch her, anything I ask they are right there. I'm so
lucky.

Carson has been taking Karate over the last few months. He loves it. He recently had his belt
promotion, and did great. He looks pretty serious with those moves.

Speaking of my son. He has said some funny things lately. I want to write them down so I don't
forget so here it goes.

Landons Dad shares season tickets to the Jazz games. So Landon gets to go fairly often during

the season. Well at the beginning of this season. Landon was able to take Carson to a game.

Carson absolutley loves going to the games. He has a D. Will jersey, and a ball signed by all the

players. I especially think that he loves going with Landon. Landon is a Jazz nut. He loves them.

So he;s able to tell carson so much, and really gets him excited. Well anyway Landon went to a

game the other night and went strait from work. The kids asked where He was when he didn't

come home from work and I told them he went to the Jazz game. Well Carson looked me strait in

the eye and said "mom why did he leave me?" Oh so sad. I had to explain that there wasn't an

extra ticket. When I told Landon he felt so bad. I hope that he will be able to take him again.

The second funny thing just happened this past week. I was at Gardner Village for our Young

Women activity. On the way home I called Landon to see how the kids were doing and he said

that Carson was feeling really sick like he was going to throw up. He was in the bathroom

hanging over the toilet, and Landon was in there talking to him. Carson asked if Jesus was there

watching over him, Landon said that yes he was and that Heavenly Father was probably there

too. Then the conversation went to Landons grandpa and my grandma who have died. Carson

was thinking that they were there too, not wanting him to be sick. Well in Carsons sickness he

looked at Landon and said "do you think the wisemen are watching me too?" Oh I love that little

guy.

My girls love littlest pet shops, and so does Carson. He always tries to find the most masculine

ones, and the other day he had a brilliant idea to dress them up as Super dog, and Batman

monkey. I know i'm brilliant thinking of a way to make costumes.. A little felt, and waalaa!

My mommy, me and Avery went to my sis's Rachels house the other week, and Little Emma
was in need of her hair being done. We got it all picked out, and such cute results followed.

I don't remember what I was doing, but obviousley not watching my baby. I heard her whining,
and this is what I found. OOPS!!My mom and sisters and sis-in-law went on our annual girls day outing. We even saw Santa at
Oh Sweet Sadi. We went Shopping Dinner, and ended it of with New Moon. What a splendid day.
Team Jacob. Need I say more?

My cute sisters.
And Baby Gabe.
